Secrets of the Mattress Industry, How to Save Shipping Cost in Mattress Business?

Mattresses are too large to load because of their large sizes.
So to save the shipping cost, normal packaging  has  been not enough for the demand of this filed.

So some foam mattresses are compressed and rolled up to save shipping space and cost.

But what can we do to help if we are going to deal with mattresses with springsystems?

Well, this is really a very good question. 

Well,mattresses with spring systems  can be also compressed or even rolled  up. But you should pay attention to the spring diameter of the mattress spring systems.

Some spring items on the markets are only with 1.7mm or even thinner. You may say that"The thinner the spring wire is, the easier to be vacuum compressed bymattress compressing machine. "

Yes,you are right, but their support systems have great difference. Mattresses with thinner wire Spring systems share weaker support to the human beings' backs after they recover from being coompressed status.

This is quite easy to understand. For example, if you stand on two spring systems with different spring wire diameter，(such as 1.7mm,2.0mm),you will get quite obvious feeling from its backing support power.

So normally spring mattresses with vacuum compressed package has been enough instead of being rolled up. But foam mattresses is good with rolled up package, saving more space of containers.
