Are you still suffering from bad after-sale services?





Are you still under such sufferings from bad after-sale service provided by your in-direct suppliers?

According to a past investigation, 48% of the buyers suffer from bad after-sale services, 19% enjoy none after-sale services and 33% can get good after-sale services.

Well this may sounds quite common to you, coz you may not even care about this.But this is indeed very important to the buyers no matter  where get your goods from.
Most of us may directly  go to the local super markets to get what we want.

If companies wanna get something to fill into their stores or warehouses for business, 46% of the companies will go to some famous B2B Website(Like Alibaba,Made-in-China,etc.) and throw an inquiry there, then wait for thousands of feedback from numerous suppliers on that B2B platform.15% of the companies will send employees overseas to source items from factories. And to save cost, 39% of the companies will search individual factories' website for further communications , instead of sending people overseas.
So what is the difference between these ways?

By sourcing items from B2B platform, huge and numerous paid members there will quote you price even if you send only one inquiry there.That means thousands of people will try to get this only one order. And someone will lower their price to attract your attention.
But, you got to understand " You get what you pay for", as no one will business with you at a loss.


So why are they doing this? Coz the competetion is too fierce. They wanna be the order winner by price.


So when you get goods, it may looks not like what you expected.And you go to the platform and say, "hi,I just bought some items from your platform supplier, and the goods seem not what I expected. The Chair is not the type we talked online. Can you pay back my money?"  

The platform may say, "Sorry ,Sir, We are only platform, we are not the direct seller who sell you goods. We wish we could help". 
Then you go to the in-direct supplier for help, and they say , "our goods are all checked in good condition before shipping, and the platform has also checked our company as verified supplier, We are sure our goods are all okay. we cannot pay it back."

So don't take it as granted that the famous B2B platform can get you extra business security. This may get you crazy in future problems.


By sourcing from sending employees overseas, they can know exactly where your supplier is located.So you can go directly to your supplier with their shipped item sample and check all things out easily.

By sourcing from individual website of your item suppliers, you will come across the first way problems with less possibilities. And compared with the second way,you save lots of money.


After everything confirmed,you may have better choice and consider whether to pay them a visit for further trust.
